Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Arzti purchase. If you're not entirely happy with your order, we're here to help.

30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your order to return your item(s). To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Items on sale or discounted more than 20%
  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as final sale

Return Process

To start a return, please email us at returns@arzti.com with:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • Reason for return

We will provide you with return instructions and a return shipping label if applicable.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved Refunds

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted in the following cases:

  • Items returned with obvious signs of use or wear
  • Items returned without original packaging or missing parts
  • Items that have been damaged after delivery

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for items of equal value if you received a defective or damaged product. If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Return Shipping for Defective Items

If you are returning an item because it is defective or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping costs. Please contact our customer service team at support@arzti.com for assistance.
