30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your order to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- Item must be in the same condition as when you received it
- Item must be unworn, unused, and undamaged
- Item must have all original tags attached
- Item must be in its original packaging
- You must have the original receipt or proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Custom or Personalized Orders: Items that have been customized, monogrammed, or made to your specifications
- Sale Items: Products purchased at a discount of 20% or more, unless defective
- Gift Cards: Digital or physical gift cards are non-refundable
- Final Sale Items: Items marked as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase
- Items showing signs of wear or use
- Items without original packaging or tags
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email us at legal@arzti.com with the subject line "Return Request - [Your Order Number]"
- Provide Information: Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for your return
- Wait for Confirmation: We will review your request and respond within 2-3 business days with return instructions
- Ship Your Return: Once approved, carefully package your item(s) and ship them to the address we provide
- Include Documentation: Please include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip inside the package
Return Shipping
Standard Returns: You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
Defective or Incorrect Items: If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping costs. Please contact us immediately upon receiving such items and provide photos of the issue.
Refund Process
Inspection
Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to verify that it meets our return conditions. This process typically takes 3-5 business days.
Refund Approval
After inspection, we will send you an email notification regarding the status of your refund:
- Approved: Your refund will be processed to your original payment method
- Partial Refund: If the item shows signs of use or is missing packaging, a partial refund may be issued
- Declined: If the item does not meet return conditions, it will be shipped back to you at your expense
Refund Timeline
Once approved, your refund will be processed as follows:
- Credit will be applied to your original payment method within 5-10 business days
- Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted in the following circumstances:
- Items returned with minor signs of handling or wear
- Items returned without original packaging or with packaging damage
- Items missing accessories, tags, or components
- Items returned after 30 days but within 45 days (subject to approval)
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size, color, or product:
- Return your original item following the process above
- Once your refund is processed, place a new order for the desired item
This ensures you receive your new item as quickly as possible without waiting for your return to be processed.
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at legal@arzti.com. Please include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the defect or damage
- A description of the issue
We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, either through a replacement or a full refund including shipping costs.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe:
- First, check your bank account or credit card statement again
- Contact your credit card company, as refunds may take time to post
- Contact your bank, as processing times can vary
- If you've done all of the above and still haven't received your refund, please contact us at legal@arzti.com
Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at legal@arzti.com. We can only cancel orders that have not yet been shipped. Once an order has been shipped, you will need to follow our standard return process.
